The company name comes from the names of it’s co-owners, Sandra and Kenneth Lehtonen.  Sandy and Ken started the company as a home based business in 1984.  San-Ken Homes, Inc. is currently located on the second floor of the newly renovated 1808 House in the center of New Ipswich NH.

The building area for San-Ken Homes, Inc. is Southern New Hampshire within an approximate 45 minute circumference from their office in New Ipswich, NH. They draw and design homes in their office to meet the needs of their customers, a full range of styles and prices are offered. They have also built several developments in New Ipswich and other towns, including: Oak Hollow Lane; Stone Ridge Village; Hubbard Pond; Glen Farms II; Windsor Common Condominium; and mid-ranged homes at Stowe Mountain Estates located in Hillsborough, NH.
