In an effort to improve safety at home, upon request prior to construction, San-Ken Homes, Inc will upgrade 2 standard smoke detectors with Hard Wired/Battery Backup Vocal Alert Smoke / CO Detectors in any new home at no extra cost. Smoke detectors are located on each level of the home and in each bedroom. Additional Vocal Alert Smoke / CO Detectors are available at an extra cost if you would like them in more rooms. |
