We will work with you to design a preliminary set of plans and elevation views. We can use these plans to give you an estimate for us to build the house, or you can take the plans to your builder for an estimate. These are not final plans to be used for construction or final pricing but they will give you a good starting point. Starting at $200.00 We can take the preliminary plans and add to them landscaping, trees, walkways, driveways, furniture, curtains and just about anything else (including the kitchen sink) that you would expect to see in the actual house. Use these 3D Renderings to help you with kitchen design, furniture purchases, color co-ordination and virtually see your house before it is built. Starting at an additional $300.00 (3D Views Optional) If you are ready to start building, we will take the preliminary plans and add to them all the detail that a builder needs to construct the home. Plans can be stamped by an architect and submitted to the State of NH for energy code compliance. Call or email today for more information. Starting at an additional $550.00
